We are a short walk from the Bedford Hills Metro North station and directly across the street from Katonah Yoga Center and the bhoomi cafe, bookstore and chocolate shop.

By train

The Institute is a five-minute walk from the Bedford Hills railroad station. Take Metro-North's Harlem Line from Grand Central Station to Bedford Hills. From Depot Place, with your back to the station, walk 1/4 up Main Street. 66 Main Street is the yellow house on the left.

By car

From the south:

Take the Saw Mill River Parkway North to Exit 39, “Bedford Hills, Route 117.” Turn right to the first traffic light. Then turn left (the firehouse will be on your right). Bear right at the stop sign onto Main Street. 66 Main Street is the yellow house on the left. Enter office off the porch to the left of the front door.

From the north:

Route I-684 South to "Saw Mill River Parkway" exit. Follow Saw Mill River Parkway to Exit 39S, “Bedford Hills.” Turn right at exit to Route 117 (Mobil gas station on left). Proceed on Route 117 to first traffic light. Turn left at light (the firehouse will be on your right). Bear right at the stop sign onto Main Street. 66 Main Street is the yellow house on the left. Enter office off the porch to the left of the front door.

From Route 35:

Follow Route 35 to Saw Mill River Parkway South. Exit the Parkway at Exit 39S, “Bedford Hills.” Turn right at exit to Route 117 (Mobil gas station on left). Proceed on Route 117 to first traffic light. Turn left at light (Firehouse on right). Bear right at stop sign onto Main Street. 66 Main Street is the yellow house on the left. Enter office off the porch to the left of the front door.

From I-684 north:

Follow 684 to Katonah Exit 5, “Route 35.” Turn left and follow signs to Saw Mill River Parkway. Follow Saw Mill River Parkway to Exit 39S, “Bedford Hills.” Turn right at exit to Route 117 (Mobil gas station on left). Proceed on Route 117 to first traffic light. Turn LEFT at light (Firehouse on right). Bear right at stop sign onto Main Street. 66 Main Street is the yellow house on the left. Enter office off the porch to the left of the front door.

From Bedford:

Follow Route 22 through Bedford Village to Bedford Center Road (about l l/2 miles) and bear left just after passing Rippowam School (which will be on your left). Follow Bedford Center Road right into Main Street, Bedford Hills. 66 Main Street, a yellow house, will be the first house on your right. Enter office off the porch to the left of the front door.
